Youth Pickleball Foundation is a student founded nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to pickleball while using the sport as a platform for youth development, leadership, and community connection. We believe pickleball is more than a game. It is a way to bring people together, build confidence, and create opportunities for young people to grow both on and off the court.

Founded by Thomas Kilkenny while still a student, Youth Pickleball Foundation was created to remove barriers that prevent youth from participating in the sport. Through tournaments, clinics, equipment access, and community based programming, we aim to make pickleball inclusive, accessible, and impactful for students of all backgrounds.

As a youth led organization supported by experienced adults and community partners, we prioritize teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership development. Our work focuses not only on athletic participation, but also on building friendships, networks, and life skills that extend far beyond the court.
